Did you know you can’t live a week without water but you can food?

I know water can be very boring and very flavorless but water should be apart of our daily routine.  Adding fresh frozen fruit can make it fun.

  1. It helps transport the nutrients around our body.
  2. regulates the temperature and the environment in which chemical faction occurs in our body
  3. When you sweat it is important to drink even more water so you don’t become dehydrated.
  4. some water will come from food such as fruits and vegetables which have a high water content
  5. Drinking 64 ounces of water is always a good place to start.
