Wellness is the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal. There is at least four types of wellness: Physical, Mental, Spiritual and Social.
Over the past few years as I improve my self love, I added more “needs” improvement areas.
Renewing ourselves should be our top priority so we can give the world our Best.
