I am always looking for new ways to improve my self care. And when I find them I like to share them so I decided to dedicate a page just to Self Care ideas.
There are so many various ways to establish a self care routine I hope this gets your juices flowing to establish your own routine.
No matter how life tends to go I find myself going back to my self care page in my planner. I also find myself reading motivational books to help keep the self care going. This allows me to be stress free to not only be successful on a daily basis but to be there for my family as well.
