Leg Workout

Below you will find some leg workouts I like to do at the gym.

Can’t get to the gym, don’t worry. I have a home leg workout as well.

LOWER BODY – NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED

reverse lunge – 10

jumping jack – 1 min
side lunge – 10
high knees – 1 min
squats -10
jumping jack – 1 min
single deadlift – right leg round 1
single deadlift – left leg round 2

* sub 1 min cardio for other cardio (ex. run in place or jump rope)
