A great for time management and mixing the fitness part up. Bored doesn’t equal motivation.

Can’t get to the gym?? Do you have little time for yourself but that 20-30 mins is a must to stay fit and healthy.

HOME or GYM

30 sec exercise/10 sec rest active rest

Plank
Jumping jacks
Russian Twist
Speed skater
Jumping planks
Prison squats
Mountain Climber
Jump Squats

*note: I personally like to do an active rest is a jog/march in place to help my heart rate to keep going.
