According to Americas Dietary Guidelines the average cardio for a healthy fit person is t least 150 minutes a week. That is 30 minutes for 5 out of 7 days. he average strength training should be 20-30 minutes a day with an average 2-3 days a week. If you would like more workouts reach out to me.
