I strive to educate others the basics of nutrition to make healthy choices in life. This is the beginning of the forever change. Providing motivation to help others without the help of a trainer, diet or any special program other than educating oneself. 

I am not a nutritionist, just a health coach who wants to motivate others to find their way through a mental, physical and emotional health change. 

Health aspect of things will free you from illness, injury and live a healthy life.

Wellness aspect is an active process of becoming aware of making healthy choices with mind and body.
