Plan your Daily Self Care

I am always looking for new ways to increase my self-care and self awareness beyond the normal mani pedi situation. I decided to take it my planners and “plan” a routine.

I love my planners! 💜

Something before I start my day and something to end my day!

I did an AM routine and a PM routine. Having some self care before I start my day has allowed me to focus on myself worth before I hit the ground running in the morning.

My PM routine is awesome because I’m able to document gratitude and whine down before I actually go to bed.
